• All seafood items are collected on a daily basis from the sea. They are delivered every morning to the local fish markets where they are carefully inspected and selected for the highest quality. We make every effort to ensure that yalfish customers always get a wide variety of the freshest seafood items to choose from.
• Appropriate Care in Storage :
  • We do not sell frozen items and all our items are fresh. We store all of our products according to recommended conditions and in ideal temperatures to ensure freshness. Sensitive products are stored at appropriate temperatures and monitored and inspected thoroughly.. Even though this results in higher running costs for our stores, we believe in taking every step necessary to guarantee a product that is 100% fresh and clean for our customers at all times.
