Yalfish.com is your online seafood store . We deliver a complete selection of seafood items including fiish, shrimp, crab, seasonal items .

To change or cancel an order, please call your local store.

 

  • How early/late do you deliver ? 
     

We start delivering from next day in two shifts :

Morning shift : 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Evening shift : 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm

 

  • What is your minimum order ? 
     

Currently we dont have minimum order .

 

  • How can i pay ? 
     

We accept online payment ,  cash, and Knet and most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard .

 

  • What happens if i don't like something in my order ?

 We want you to be thrilled with what you order! If you’re not, let us know and we’ll make it right.

 

  • What does my order arrive in ?

Its depend  on the weight and the quantity of your order ;

If small quantity , your order comes in a sturdy disposable foam plate inserted in plastic bag .

If big quantity , your order will comes in a  handy thermocol box with ice flake .

 

  • What should i do with my packaging once my order arrives ? 
     

We’re happy to reuse your packaging — just leave the boxes and ice packs by your door when you’re expecting a delivery and we’ll take them back. so if you’d rather dispose of them yourself, just flatten them down and we will take the rest .

 

  • How do you deliver such a daily fresh fish ? 
     

All seafood items are collected on a daily basis from the sea. They are delivered every morning to the local fish markets where they are carefully inspected and selected for the highest quality. We make every effort to ensure that yalfish customers always get a wide variety of the freshest seafood items to choose from .

All of our personal shopper are trained to the highest standards of hygiene excellence and are trained to distinguish between fresh and not fresh seafood items.

 

  • Why does product availability change from day to day ?

The availability of  seafood item in our marketplace can change depending on what’s ripe and in season, and according to the production, harvest or delivery schedules of our  local sea and fish market .

 

  • Do i have to be home to accept my order ? 
     

Nope! You can specify your delivery preferences at checkout, and we’ll gladly leave your groceries in a secure spot at your home or office, like inside an unlocked front gate or with the receptionist. All our items are packed with reusable ice packs so they'll stay cold while you’re away, and we’ll text you when we deliver so you know exactly when they get there.

 

  • How do i order item ? 

Each item has different order options like ( cleaned – uncleaned – filet – grilled etc . .) each of these options has different price . our measurement are by Kilos ( KG ) . any of the above options will deliver to you on the weight you chosen ..  So you will receive your fish , based on weight on KGs you ordered ,..

For example ( if you ordered 1 KG , with fish has average weight of 4 KG ) you may receive cut one.
